Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, subject and message. We use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent given by submitting the form, or steps prior to entering a contract at your request.

How we process data

Form submissions are delivered exclusively to the company’s official email address. We do not share them with third parties or use them for marketing.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up, and at most 24 months.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and lodge a complaint with the AZOP. For any request, contact info@lugplast.hr.

Third parties

The website loads no fonts, analytics or tracking from external services. The embedded map loads from the Google Maps service when the Contact page is viewed.
